Is there a per-unit fee? +
No. PropFlow Pro charges per user, not per unit. Manage 500 units or 50,000 — your price is determined by how many team members need access. Tenant portal users and owner portal users are free and unlimited.
Are Ejari and Mollak compliance features extra? +
Ejari automated integration and Mollak service charge compliance are included in Professional and Enterprise plans at no extra cost. Basic plan includes manual Ejari export. There are no hidden compliance fees.
How quickly can we go live? +
Most Professional customers go live within 30–45 days. Enterprise implementations with large data migrations and ERP integrations take 60–90 days. We offer guided onboarding and a dedicated implementation team for Enterprise customers.
Can we pay in AED? +
Absolutely. All plans are available in AED, SAR, or QAR at locked exchange rates for annual contracts. We also accept post-dated cheques for Enterprise annual subscriptions — we manage our own platform the way you manage your properties.
Does PropFlow Pro work in Saudi Arabia and Qatar? +
Yes. We cover all six GCC countries. Saudi Arabia compliance (RERA, Vision 2030 frameworks, ZATCA VAT) and Qatar (Manateq/Ashghal) are available in Enterprise plans and as add-on modules for Professional customers.
What happens to our data if we cancel? +
Your data is yours. You can export everything in standard formats (CSV/Excel/PDF) at any time. We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation before deletion, giving you time to download everything.
